Miss Trinica — Our Black Beauty

Miss Trinica, our beautiful Black Beauty, joined our family at 16 weeks old after traveling all the way from Slovenia. Known then as the orange‑collar girl, she arrived with a confidence and presence that immediately made her unforgettable.

From the start, she has filled our home with joy and personality. She is the reigning champion of de‑stuffing toys and expertly silencing anything that squeaks. She also takes her self‑appointed role as our 5 a.m. alarm clock very seriously, waking us with face kisses and her signature “CPR” to ensure we’ve made it safely through the night. She befriends every dog, person, and child she meets, and she remains the best face‑washer we could ever hope for.

Always eager to please and always ready for the next adventure, she brings enthusiasm to everything she does. Her only true nemesis is wet grass, which she avoids with dramatic determination and creative hiding attempts.

We are deeply grateful to Renata Jecl for entrusting us with such an extraordinary girl. Miss Trinica has exceeded every hope we had for her and continues to enrich our lives in countless ways.

Recently, she earned her Canadian Kennel Club Championship title in conformation — a milestone that reflects her beauty, intelligence, and the joy she brings to the ring. She is a delight to show and a pleasure to work with: smart, sassy, and an exceptional partner. We are excited for all that lies ahead for her and look forward to watching her continue to shine.
